GPT18 Worlds Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Policy explains how GPT18 Worlds handles information when you use its website, accounts, AI character chats, Character Cards, Personas, Lorebooks, creator tools, generated media, and related services. The Service is for adults 18 and older.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect account and login information; prompts, chat messages, character definitions, Character Cards, Persona fields, Lorebook entries, reports, and generated outputs; uploaded media and technical metadata; credit, subscription, payment, and refund records handled by payment providers; device, browser, approximate location, IP, log, crash, and security data; and cookie, local-storage, analytics, and feature-interaction data.

Do not place passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, precise location, or another person’s private information in prompts, Personas, Lorebooks, or uploads.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide chats and creator tools, maintain continuity, route requests to model and infrastructure providers, authenticate accounts, process credits and payments, detect abuse, moderate content, improve reliability, communicate with you, and comply with law. Private chats and drafts are not made public without your instruction or a public-sharing action.

4. Providers and sharing

Content may be processed by hosting, model, storage, authentication, safety, analytics, and payment providers, including the RunPod endpoint configured by the operator. Providers receive data needed for the requested operation and may process it in other countries. We may share information with service providers, advisers, authorities when legally required, and other users only when you intentionally publish or share content. We do not sell private chat content.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential storage for login, age confirmation, preferences, security, and session continuity. With notice and controls, we may use analytics technologies to understand performance and feature usage. Disabling essential storage may prevent parts of the Service from working.

6. Retention, deletion, and rights

We keep information as needed to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce policies, meet legal obligations, and maintain backups. You may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable law provides those rights. Some records may remain for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.

7. Security and minors

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. GPT18 Worlds is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Report suspected minor use or underage content immediately through the safety channel.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the Service changes. Before public launch, GPT18 will publish the operator’s legal entity, privacy contact address, and data-rights request process in this page and the account settings.
