GPT18 Worlds Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern GPT18 Worlds, including its website, AI character chats, Character Cards, Personas, Lorebooks, creator tools, generated media, credits, and related services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Adults only

GPT18 Worlds is strictly for people who are 18 or older. You must not access, register for, or use the Service if you are under 18. You must not create, upload, request, depict, or roleplay as a minor or as a character whose age is unclear or under 18. “Aged-up” versions of characters originally depicted as minors are not allowed when the result remains child-coded or age-ambiguous.

3. AI content

Characters and media may be generated by automated systems and can be inaccurate, offensive, or inconsistent. They are fictional outputs, not professional advice or statements of fact. You remain responsible for prompts, uploads, Character Cards, Persona data, Lorebooks, and content you publish.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful, consensual, and respectful creative activity. You must follow the GPT18 Content and Safety Policy. Prohibited content includes child sexual abuse material, sexualized or age-ambiguous minors, sexual violence or coercion, trafficking, non-consensual intimate imagery, realistic or photorealistic pornography, explicit genital imagery, bestiality, extreme gore, self-harm encouragement, hate, harassment, doxxing, malware, fraud, illegal activity, credible threats, and content infringing another person’s rights.

We may block prompts, remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve evidence, or contact authorities where appropriate.

5. Accounts and security

Some features require an account. Keep account information accurate, protect credentials, and report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it resulted from our failure to protect the Service.

6. User content and generated content

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, Character Cards, Persona data, Lorebook entries, and other content you submit. You grant GPT18 a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, adapt, display, moderate, and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload.

AI output may be similar to other users’ output and may not be protectable by copyright. Review output before publishing or using it.

7. Credits and paid features

The checkout or generation confirmation screen shows the applicable price and usage limits before a paid operation. Credits do not guarantee a particular result. Refunds and cancellations follow the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. A provider-accepted generation may be chargeable even if you dislike the result.

8. Reporting and third parties

Report illegal, abusive, underage, non-consensual, or infringing content through the available report or support channel. Do not redistribute prohibited material while reporting it. The Service may rely on hosting, authentication, storage, payment, analytics, and model providers that have their own terms and availability.

9. Changes, suspension, and liability

We may update the Service or these Terms and may suspend access to protect users, the Service, or third parties. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPT18 disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
